The Design and Technology Association (DATA) provides support, advice and subject leadership for all those involved in D&T education. Whether working in a primary or secondary school, a university or school-based training institution, a local authority or as a consultant, there are services to make professional life easier and more effective.
Strength in numbers is important - a large and growing membership of over 6,000 helps the D&T Association to develop and present a strategic vision for the subject, representing the views of the subject community to national policy makers, together with other government agencies and partners. Listening carefully to the members and working hard means that the D&T Association can provide services, events, publications and other benefits tailored to individual needs - at affordable prices.
